As with any removals company, we can not provide support without access to personal information. We do not sell or share this, or use your email addresses for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Surrey Home Removals are simply in relation to services we offer, as part of a well controlled communication system.

Only authorised staff use client details and privacy is their first commitment. Our internal systems ensure this, whilst maintaining the best possible service. Our company has not to date had a breach of data but should unauthorised access occur, or attempted access; at our instigation, or our clients, we will investigate such actions with a view to criminal and/or civil proceedings.

Client Confidentiality

 

Confidentiality extends to written records which are securely managed

Client records are confidential and would only be divulged to a third party with permission, or if legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities. Our sole use of the information is in assisting you to move, or otherwise transfer goods from one location to another.

As our clients, you have the right to request sight of client records, providing we are given fair notice. Where requested, we will in any event provide clients with appropriate written information, or copies of records.
